Gretchen W. Fuller,
Chief Financial Coach
Businesses can’t succeed if they consistently ignore financial matters, putting them continuously on the TO DO list.
That’s why I founded Warner Fuller Consulting, LLC, (WFC), to provide financial and operational management services that are empowering, transparent and actionable.
As an auditor and financial officer by trade, but an educator at heart, I provide the rare combination of fiscal mastery and collaborative coaching to help business leaders maximize company value and manage growth. No matter where an organization is in its fiscal life cycle, I can develop solutions and coach leaders to take confident control of their financial story.
Working as a partner and advisor, I live for the lightbulb moments when clients gain clarity and get comfortable with the “business side” of business. My goal is to ensure you’ll find partnering with WFC to be empowering, encouraging and significant to your financial success.
My professional career spans more than 20 years in accounting and business operations for Fortune 500 companies including General Electric Company and The Coca-Cola Company, as well as small businesses, government entities and non-profits. I’m a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program, Women Economic Development Agency (WEDA Microenterprise Initiative for Small Businesses), and the Premier Development Program and Grow Smart Program, both administered by the Small Business Development Council. In addition, I’m a ProAdvisor for Quickbooks. My formal educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
With expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, internal audit, and operational and process management, I’m adept at identifying ways for businesses to work smarter and apply tactics that result in more robust returns, customizing financial processes to be clear, manageable and focused on your goals.
My husband and I are involved in our church and our children’s school and sports activities. We’re invested in our community and in the businesses and organizations that enrich life in metro Atlanta.
I’m an active member of the Atlanta Business League as Co-Chair of the Education Committee and I serve as the treasurer of the Campbell H.S. Athletic Booster Club. I serve as a board member of Delivered Vessels, Inc. and the Black Girls Golf Foundation, as an advisory board member of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Opportunity Project (WEOP.) and as a member of Women’s Greater Business Council.
